Thursday was going to be hot and humid so we decided to get out early and launch our hot air balloons. This is one of many thinc Program traditions and one of the most symbolic – lifting off into the new school year through teamwork.
After a very successful launch, we hit the road for Cabrini College. Our hosts at Cabrini always spoil us, and this year was no exception. Everyone we met showered the students with goodies. We learned about what it takes to get into college, ways to earn scholarship money and how to start building a good resume today.
We also used our time on Cabrini’s amazing campus to put our thoughts together about the week using Glogster.
With the final projects done it was time for celebration.
