Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge
We are very excited to be able to host our PFF Fall Retreat this year.
We will be taking the students to the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, PA for a fun weekend.
The retreat is for Year 1 (currently in seventh grade) and Year 2 (currently in eighth grade) PFF students.
Parents/guardians: Please complete the permission form by Friday, October 6, 2023 if your child is interested in attending the fall retreat.

Q: Where does the PFF Fall Retreat take place?
A: Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge
Q: Where do the campers stay overnight?
A: The Freedoms Foundation has dormitories on campus.
Q: Where do the campers eat?
A: We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the campus.
Q: How will my child get to the PFF Fall Retreat?
A: We will pick up the students at the following times on Friday, October 27.
Q: What does my child need to pack?
A: Comfortable clothes for the weekend including a jacket or sweatshirt, long pants, sneakers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, skin care, soap, bath towel, medications, and extra blanket (optional).
Q: How much does it cost?
A: There is no cost to you for your child to participate. Through the support of many donors, we are honored to be able to provide this experience for your child.
Q: Does my child need any money?
A: We take care of everything your child needs for the weekend, but if you would like to give them some spending money that is fine. We ask that you don't send them with more than $20.
Q: Can my child bring their cell phone?
A: Yes. But, we do collect all phones at night to make sure they are charged overnight and to ensure your child gets a restful sleep and is recharged as well.

- Harrisburg students: 3:30 pm in front of Marshall Math and Science Academy
- Philadelphia students: 4:00 pm in the teachers’ parking lot at Julia de Burgos School
- Harrisburg students: 1:00 pm
- Philadelphia students: 12:00 pm
